where thunder sleeps

Sometimes the sky carries a storm while the earth remains still. On this day, a young Norwegian foal stood in the meadow, its light coat resting in the last peace before the thunder. Behind it, heavy clouds gathered, lightning stretched across the horizon – and yet, in its gaze, there was no fear, only presence, as if gentleness and wildness could exist side by side.For me, this image speaks of the storms we carry within, hidden beneath a calm surface. It reminds us that we don’t have to choose between silence and thunder. We are both – and it is this wholeness that makes us complete.

Each print is custom-made on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper, finished with a white border, carefully packaged and delivered unframed. Production takes approx. 8–12 business days, followed by shipping which usually takes 3–5 business days within Germany and longer internationally, depending on the destination. As this is a custom-made product, returns or exchanges are excluded – complaints in case of damage are of course possible.
